Ingredienti
6/6 whisky irlandese
2 cucchiai miele
3 cucchiai acqua bollente
1 scorza di limone

Come preparare la Blue Blazer 2
Preparazione
Il Blue Blazer deve essere servito fumante e sorseggiato lentamente. Per prepararlo bisogna avere 2 bicchieri pesanti e piuttosto alti. Sciacquateli con acqua calda e poi versate miele e acqua bollente dentro 1 bicchiere e mescolate finché il miele non si è disciolto. Riscaldate il whisky in un pentolino finché non sia caldo, ma non bollente, e versatelo nel secondo bicchiere. Accendetelo. Versate il whisky attentamente, alternativamente nei due bicchieri. Quando le fiamme si stanno spegnendo versate in un altro bicchiere di vetro. Spremete la scorza di limone e lasciatela cadere dentro.
