La Perla Fix

Ingredienti
2 cucchiai ghiaccio
1 cucchiaino zucchero
1/2 limone (succo)
1 cucchiaio acqua
5 cucchiai acquavite di pera
1 fetta limone
alcuni chicchi ribes (facoltativo)

Come preparare la La Perla Fix
Preparazione
Mettete direttamente nel bicchiere alto (tumbler) il ghiaccio spezzettato grossolanamente e lo zucchero, poi versate anche il succo di limone, lacqua e lAcquavite. Servendovi di un cucchiaino a manico lungo, mescolate fino a che lo zucchero si sarà sciolto completamente. Decorate con una fetta di limone, mettendola a cavallo dellorlo del bicchiere. Servite con cannuccia. Volendo, potete completare questo drink ponendo sulla superficie del bicchiere alcuni chicchi di ribes. Otterrete in questo modo una bevanda ancora più gradevole sia alla vista che al palato.
